Mobile Disco Bickenhill Requirements – I can always remember this call because I was on holiday In Spain and Angela contacted me while I was on the beach. She required A Mobile Disco In Bickenhill for her Daughter and her future Son In Law. Angela loved my website, and she wanted me to quote her for up to 350 guests at the National Motorcycle Museum in Bickenhill Near Solihull. Angela told me to ring her up on return from my Holiday. When I returned, a gave Angela a call with my quote and details, and she booked me Straight away. Angela also told me I would be working with two bands on the night.

The National Motorcycle Museum is an award-winning Conference Centre and provides facilities truly unique for any event. The National Motorcycle Museum is in the heart of the country’s Motorway system and only 5 minutes drive from Birmingham International Railway Station. This makes this venue ideal for your guests arriving via Plane, Railway or car because it’s in the centre of the Midlands close to Solihull, Birmingham and Coventry.
We were in the Imperial Suite which holds 950 people. It as the State of the art projection system with a 4 x 3-metre video screen and six 42” Plasma Monitors. This room always as a fully dimmable in-house lighting system and a JBL 4 way PA Rig (this was not used as I taken my own system)

Mobile Disco Hire Bickenhill and Solihull
Party Details – Because there were myself and two bands on a stage we all had to make our gigs a lot smaller. Mine is generally around 5 metres long, but I had to squeeze into 3.5 metres of space to give the band some room. I had arranged with Angela I would set up early in the morning and return around 6.30 for the start of the first dance at 7 pm.
The Wedding Breakfast was to start at 5 pm and I said to Angela, Are you sure they will serve a 3-course meal for 350 guests in 90 minutes. Angela said yes that’s what we have arranged with the venue. I thought to myself it will be more like an 8 pm Start because 90 minutes is pushing it a little with the time.
I returned as arranged at 6.30pm and to no surprise to myself they were serving the main course, and the band was playing there music.
Angela came over to me and said yes 1st dance would take place at 8 pm (as I thought)
Angela gave me a list of how the evening was planned out. It went as follows.

5.00pm – band 1
7.30pm – Speeches
8.00pm – 1st Dance ( myself to play) Bride and Groom Natasa and Christopher Hole – Song Van Morrison Into the My
8.05pm – Band 2
8.45pm – Dj (Myself)
9.30pm – Band 1 again
10.30pm – Dj (myself)
01.00am – Finish.
The list went to plan until 9.30pm. No one danced to the band (8.05 till 8.45), but when I came on at 8.45pm within 5 Minutes, the dance floor was full. It came to no surprise at 9.30pm Angela cancelled the bands return because she was worried they would get off the dance floor. Between Angela and the bride and groom, they emailed me a few of there favourite songs as listed below

The Dance floor was full all night, and I loved every minute of it. We finished at 1 am and everyone clapped and cheered. Straight away Angela and the bride and groom came over to me and thanked us for an excellent Night.
