We had a telephone call from Ann and Jon asking for advice and a quote for there Wedding In September 2012. They required a Mobile Disco In Sutton Coldfield at The Belfry. I know this venue very well as I provide the Belfry In Sutton Coldfield with many Different services. We talked on the phone for a good hour or so and Ann and Jon decided to book some of our services as she was very impressed with what I could offer.

Their requirements They required Helium Balloons, Uplighters, Mobile Disco with an early setup. Although nearer the time this was changed to Photography instead of the Helium Balloons.

The Belfry In Sutton Coldfield

The Belfry is set in 550 acres of beautiful countryside with there award winning Golf Course. Its situated In Wishaw near Sutton Coldfield West Midlands where it is a great place for business, pleasure and for any party event like Weddings, Birthdays and Anniversaries.

Party Details As with all Mobile Discos I provide I always get to the venue early. I arrived at 3pm for a 7pm Start.. The Mobile Disco was set up for 4.45pm and the uplighters was set up for 5.30pm.

Party Time!

Ann and Jon arrived in the room at 6.30 and was really impressed with our set up. We went over the evening in detail as some arrangements had changed. They also decided to have a large chocolate fountain which went down excellent with the Kids. The party started at 7 pm and the dance floor slowly filled up. The cake was cut at 8.15 and then straight into the 1st dance.

I asked family and friends on to the dance floor halfway through the 1st dance because Ann and Jon are fairly shy people and did not want to be alone for to long. At 9 pm it was food time but the dance floor was still busy and it continued that way until the end of the night. Once the music was turned off all the guests clapped and wanted more, I played one last slow song.

At the end of the party, Ann And Jon came straight over to us and thanked us and said the evening was a massive success and everyone loved the music etc. They were looking forward to seeing all the photos we had taken on the night. We sent Ann and Jon the photos once they came back from there honeymoon and they sent me an email saying they loved the photos and would recommend us to friends and family.

Overall This Mobile Disco In Sutton Coldfield was a massive success and I enjoyed every minute. I would also recommend anyone who wants a great venue to contact The Belfry Near Sutton Coldfield because they really know what they are doing.

Mobile Disco In Sutton Coldfield at The Ramada

There Requirements – Andy the Groom was looking for a Great Light show and a great Sound system. They also wanted a meeting with myself before there big day to discuss Music and times. We also Provided the uplighters in the Photos. We can also provide Balloons, Chairs and Table Covers as seen in the photos below.

Venue – A beautiful Hotel In Sutton Coldfield called the Ramada. We were in the Small Room near the Swimming pool, a Lovely room which would hold around 70 guests.

Party Details and Evening Party

The bride and groom wanted us to start at 7.30 and finish at 12.30. They required a good mixture of music but loved 90s Dance and cheesy tunes like Wham and the Nolans etc. This was a really easy night for me because from 7.30 every one just danced all night to anything I put on. The bride and groom were a great couple and really easy going.

End of the night Comments. Bride and groom were really happy about how the night planned out and said they would recommend me to all friends and family.
