Please note that all these packages can be flexible to suit your venue and personal needs. We at Wedding DJ Birmingham also understand that all Weddings and Parties are different. As stated before, we are flexible, so things can be changed around to suit your needs. Most Weddings (Parties) usually come in three different types: the All-Day Package, Early Set-up Package, or evening package. I have given you a brief description of each category below.
THE ALL DAY PACKAGE:
This is mainly ideal for Civil Ceremonies. When you book your DJ with Wedding DJ Birmingham, we will be at your venue from the agreed set-up time to the end of the Disco. This package typically involves an early setup, including LED uplighters or Mood Lighting, Balloons, Dance Floors, Chair and Table Covers, etc. We would also provide background music for the drinks reception and breakfast during the wedding. We would also ensure you have a Radio Microphone for all your Speeches, etc.. We would then provide background music for the arrival of all your evening guests. We would then also provide a full Disco service until the night’s end.
THE EARLY SETUP PACKAGE:
We at Wedding DJ Birmingham understand that sometimes you may need your Mobile Disco set up before the bridal party arrives at the venue. If so, this is the package for you. We will be on-site in plenty of time to set up the Disco equipment, and if required, we will install a background music system complete with a radio microphone for all your speeches. The DJ will then leave the venue and return in the evening for the arrival of the evening guests.
THE EVENING ONLY PACKAGE:
The DJ will arrive approximately 90 minutes before the Disco is due to start. We will make sure all equipment is set up and ready to play music for all your evening guests.
