Please note that all these packages can be made flexible to suit your venue and your personal needs. We at Wedding DJ Birmingham also understand that all Wedding and Parties are different. As stated before we are flexible so things can be changed around to suit your needs. Most Wedding (Parties) usually come in 3 different types. They are the All Day Package, Early Set Up Package or the evening package. I have given you a brief description of each category below.
THE ALL DAY PACKAGE:
This is mainly ideal for Civil Ceremonies. When you book your Dj with Wedding DJ Birmingham, we will be at your venue from the agreed set up time straight to the end of the Disco. This package involves typically an early setup, which may also include setting up Led Uplighters or Mood Lighting, Balloons, Dance Floors Chair and Table Covers etc. We would also provide the background music for the drinks reception and during the Wedding Breakfast. We would also make sure that you would have a Radio Microphone for all your Speeches etc.. We would then provide background music for the arrival of all your evening guest. We would then also provide a full Disco service right through to the end of the night.
THE EARLY SETUP PACKAGE:
We at Wedding DJ Birmingham understand sometimes you may need your Mobile Disco to be set up before the arrival of the Bridal party arrives at the venue. If this is so, This is the package for you. We will be on site in plenty of time to set up the Disco equipment, and if required we will install a background music system complete with a radio microphone for all your speeches. The Dj will then leave the venue and return in the evening for the arrival of the evening guests.
THE EVENING ONLY PACKAGE:
The Dj will arrive approximately 90 minutes before the Disco is due to start. We would make sure all equipment will be set up ready to play music for all your evening guests.
