Mobile Disco at Hogarths Requirements – Nicola and David Contacted me around four months before their big wedding event at Hogarths Hotel In Dorridge. They sent me an email asking for availability to play at their Wedding reception on the 31st August 2013 and asking me if I would work alongside a Band called Brother2Brother. They also asked me if they could send me a detailed playlist to play in the evening. Below are some Photos of the Bride and Groom and Hogarths Hotel

Venue Details – The Hogarths Hotel is in a wonderful location in Dorridge near Solihull. It as Stunning parkland and its own woods with a sweeping drive and within a few minutes of the Motorway network. The Full address is Hogarths Hotel, Four Ashes Road, Dorridge, Solihull, West Midlands, B93 8QE.

Party Details

Nicola and David wanted this to run perfectly for them. The timing was as Follows. We arrived to set up at 5.30pm (we was there at 4.30), Mobile Disco starts at 7 pm, Cut the cake at 8 pm, 1st Dance at 8.05pm. Hog roast to be served at 8.30. Band (brother2brother) to start at 9.30 – 10.45. Disco then would return till a midnight finish. Their 1st dance was Cydney Marie and Mirrors, then they required a Father/ Daughter Dance which was The Beatles. The bride and groom provided me with a Song list with songs like,

Basically, it was an average playlist to suit many different tastes and it went down very well.

Then at 9.30 Brother2brother played and these guys are EXCELLENT!! Below are a few photos of them in action

After the Brother2Brother had finished, Nicola and David had a few more tunes they wanted playing like Reef – Place Your Hands, Fratellis – Chelsea Dagger, Kings of Leon – Sex on Fire, Dirty Dancing – Time Of my life, Journey – Don’t Stop Believin. I also added some extra tunes to fill in the gaps. The last 75 Minutes went so fast and everyone really enjoyed themselves. They wanted me to play longer but I was unable to because being in a hotel where guests are sleeping.
