Mobile Dj Dudley

Their Requirements with Mobile DJ Dudley– Dudley College contacted my business partner Rob to provide a Mobile Dj at Dudley College. Over the last few years they had a few bad experiences with the entertainment, So this time they needed to get it right. We came to agree that they required a large Mobile Disco set up with Led Curtains and Uplighters to give that Wow Factor feel. We were also told there would be around 350 guests. The party was for a Charity/ end of year ball staff party.

Venue – The venue was at Dudley College, The Broadway DY1 4AS. It’s a very high round in shape function room with a large Stage.

Set up Details – This mobile Dj Dudley required an early setup. We started setting up around 1 pm and finished at 4 pm for a 7 pm start. We left at 4 pm and returned at 6.30pm

Evening Party – The guests slowly arrived from 7 pm till 8 pm. Once everyone arrived there was a small video to watch and some awards to give out to the guests. Food was served at 9 pm, and the party was flowing at 9.30pm. The Dance floor was full all night until we finished at 12.45 (we should have ended at 12.30, but because it was so good we played over 15 minutes)

Comments at the end of the night – We received plenty of feedback at the end of the night. We gave many business cards away to guests and they also rebooked us for their Christmas party In December. Many stated it was there best party ever. We also provide them with a Free DVD a few weeks later of around 100 Photos taken on the night for being a Fantastic Crowd,
