Customer Requirements – Right where do I Start? Sarah (Bride) contacted me 18 months before her big day. She required a Mobile Disco, Up lighters and the fantastic white LED Dancefloor. Sarah originally Booked her Wedding on the 24^th August 2013 at the Kingsbury Country Club but six months later she changed the Date (25^th August) and Venue to Brook Marston Farm Hotel In Sutton Coldfield, Which to be honest was a lot better Venue. Sarah was told that the Kingsbury Country Club was Closing Down, So she decided to move Venue just in case it did. In the end, it was the correct thing to do because Kingsbury Country Club did close.

We spent hours on the phone with Sarah advising her about her big day; it comes to the point that she was ringing every week about times, Music etc. We then informed her that we would contact her around two weeks before her big day because the thing would change nearer the time. Which it did with access times, Music, Colour Themes, Number of guests etc. Below are a few photos of Brook Marston Farm Hotel In Sutton Coldfield.

Venue Details – Full address – Brook Marston Farm Hotel, Dog Pound Lane Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire B76 9JD. This wonderful Hotel in Sutton Coldfield is a Popular 4 Star Hotel which was built in the 17th Century and still remains a beautiful country style hotel. The hotel is close to the main motorway network and only 10 minutes from the NEC, Drayton Manor, Birmingham International Airport. The day

I arrived with my business partner Rob at Midday at Brook Marston Hotel. I found that the Staff had only left 13ft x 17ft space to set up. This was never going to happen as the Dance Floor was 14 x 14 in size. The staff was very helpful and made as much space as possible. The was still not enough space so we made the Dance Floor 16ft x 12ft (same amount of Dancefloor space but different size). Rob was installing Mobile Disco with mainly his equipment and I would set up the Up Lighters and The white Led Dance Floor. We finished setting up at 3 pm and we would return at 6.30pm to start at 7.30pm.

Before the Buffet

We started at 7.30 and the bride and groom agreed we could take photos of the Evenings events. As arranged 1st Dance was at 8 pm and they wanted to Dance this alone. Straight after the 1st Dance, they wanted UB40 which all went very well. They continued to dance till 9 pm when Bacon Sandwiches was being Served. Below are some photos of the 1st Dance

Party Time

At around 9.30 most guests had finished eating so it was time to get the Party Started. Once guests started dancing there was nothing stopping them. There were around 160 guests so we played music to suit most of there needs. The bride was on the Dancefloor most of the night and the groom enjoyed all the up to date chart music. We finished at Midnight and at this point, the guests were shouting for 1 more, We played one more because they had been an excellent crowd. What a Fantastic Wedding. End of a great Day

After a long day its time we packed away. We finished at 12.05 but we did not finish packing up till 1.50am. The main reason is that cleaning of the dancefloor and its a long walk to the vehicles to load back up. The bride and groom did thank us for the great service we provided.

A few days later

Because the Bride and groom let us take photos on the night, we sent them some pictures to say thank you. We received this reply.

Thank you, John and Ron, you were fantastic. I have had quite a few people ask me for your number, so I have passed it on. I have only just recovered I was so drunk lol
